TikTok creator Kara (@khaotically_kara) knows her dog daughter is beautiful, but she says the constant compliments from strangers make it hard to stay humble. In a recent video, she describes how much attention her dog gets whenever they go out in public. At the time of publication, the video had garnered more than 28,500 views and 93 comments.
Kara said there’s rarely a time when she or her husband takes their dog out without someone complimenting her appearance. Whether they’re going on a hike, visiting a brewery or spending time at the park, strangers seem to find a reason to stop and admire her.
Even one commenter, who initially thought Kara was talking about a human child, agreed that her dog daughter was beautiful.
“As a mom of six (human) kids I was hard rolling my eyes. But now that I see your daughter — yes, she is beautiful and stunning,” the commenter wrote.
TikTok Viewers Agree With a Dog Mom Who Can’t Stop Bragging About Her Pup
Kara continued to gush about her dog daughter, admitting that staying humble is almost impossible when her beautiful brown dog receives so much positive attention.
She explained that compliments such as “She’s so stunning” and “I’ve never seen anything like her” have become so frequent that she sometimes doesn’t know how to respond.
Toward the end of the video, Kara finally turns the camera toward the subject of all that admiration: a majestic brown dog with bright brown eyes, resting on the couch with her head on the armrest.
Kara then speaks to her pup in a slow, affectionate tone, saying, “Oh! Her is so pretty. And her is such a good girl. And her is the most stunning girl in the world!” It’s clear that Kara isn’t the only one who thinks her dog is gorgeous. And with strangers constantly stopping to tell her so, it’s easy to see why this proud dog mom finds it difficult not to brag.
Reaction from the commenters came mainly for viewers who were also dog parents who agreed that her dog was a beauty. They even shared images of their own dog kids as well. One commenter wrote, "Yass! She is so gorgeous! My boy loves the attention he gets when we go out. My handsome guy!"
Another commenter said the compliments will always come, so she doesn't need to be humble. They wrote, "Don't be humble mommy. You are raising a queen and she deserves all the compliments."
A separate commenter admitted that they leave their dog in the car to avoid the attention. They wrote, "Mine goes everywhere with me. But I started leaving him in the car because of this. And when I do take him I just stop making eye contact with people I can tell are going to say something."
