Is it hot in the kitchen? Nah, it's just Hamburger Helper's fire rap album, which dropped on April Fools' Day—though it's no joke.
Friday morning, the brand that lends a hand with dinner posted five lit tracks on SoundCloud: "Feed the Streets," "Hamburger Helper," "Crazy," "Food For Your Soul," and "In Love with the Glove," all off the album Watch The Stove. They tweeted out a link to the album, along with some dope album art of their mascot Lefty dripping with gold.

Move over Guy Fieri, there's a new food rapper on the scene, and these trap beats are tastier than anything the Mayor of Flavortown can cook up.
It's obviously a bit of some April Fools' humor from Hamburger Helper, with the SoundCloud description reading, "Doesn't have to be fancy to be good. Mission: feed the internet. Trolling lame dinners since 1971." But honestly, this music is pretty damn good. If you bumped it in the club, nobody would bat an eye. One could even mistake these tracks for the work of a genius like Lil Jon or Silentó.
Until you listen to the lyrics, that is. When you hear "I've been in the kitchen / Whippin', whippin' / I've been chefin' / Mix it with my left hand / Ya'll want beef and I'm going to serve it"—to say nothing of all the bars about spatulas—it's hard to deny that there's a #brand involved.
