Disney is slowly introducing new princess characters that break the mold. Elsa, for example, could possibly get a girlfriend in the Frozen sequel—a confirmation for fans that she is indeed a lesbian. But many people think that Disney still has a lot more work to do in creating relatable Disney princesses for girls of today. Overall, all the Disney princesses are impossibly thin, pore-less, beautiful aliens. They possess no visible physical flaws, and all of them are good people. They would never do anything inherently wrong, and all of them want to help other characters.

A new Twitter meme calls for Disney princesses who act more like flawed individuals. Like a Disney princess who doesn't text back:

Or a Disney princess who uses Adderall to study for a class:

The meme seemingly started on Twitter last year, when comedian Sofie Hagen asked for a fat Disney princess:

Other people began copying this meme format of finishing the line "We need a Disney princess..." with a certain quality or flaw that is absent from current Disney characters. A lot of people write the line a few times as if chanting it in a crowd.

The meme has become a parody of what plotlines people would like to see in future Disney princess movies:
