As Donald Trump began his inaugural address, after being sworn in as our nation's 45th president, a light rain began to fall.

Equipped for the inclement weather with a clear plastic poncho was former President George W. Bush

Unaware of how to use such a garment, though, was also former President George W. Bush.

He struggled to properly place the device on his person.
