With over 72 hours of footage uploaded every minute, it’s physically impossible to keep track of the content on YouTube. But in YouTube Guide, the Daily Dot will curate its five favorite finds for each workday, with an emphasis on the content creators that make YouTube a thriving entertainment destination.

Featured Video

1) Rhett and Link, “Thoughtful Guy Rap”

YouTube’s finest commencement speakers swap bars on all the complex, erratic, and unexpected topics and issues they think about during the course of the common day. Topics include the vastness of space, Link’s affection for cake, and the millions of microorganisms living on their bodies. “It’s like I’m a mothership,” Link raps. “A 100 percent male mothership.”

2) Kingsley, “Dating Rant”

The loudmouthed college kid with an opinion on everything takes a break from his mid-year mini-series, overexposed, to hate on a few dating customs that he can’t seem to wrap his head around. Kingsley’s foremost talking points: people who complain about having a lack of romantic options and the uncertainty surrounding who pays for first dates. It’s on the person who asked, but he says you “should you have your own money with you, in case you end up being on a date with some bum bitch who’s going to make you pay.” Overexposed returns on Wednesday.

3) Keenan Cahill, “Sessions: Cheyenne Jackson & Keenan Cahill Sing ‘Drive’”

Cahill, the 17-year-old Illinois native who’s made videos with everybody from 50 Cent to Tyra Banks to San Francisco Giants pitcher Brian Wilson, has ditched the lip-sync routine and embarked on a true-life singing career. In his premiere video, Cahill jumps in the studio with Cheyenne Jackson to sing the Glee star’s debut single, “Drive.” It’s a little rough around the edges, but you have to admire Cahill’s courage to put himself out there and try something new.

4) Vlogbrothers, “Solving Your Problems!”

What’s the biggest problem facing members of the Internet age? Well, feeble posture, but after that: overheating laptops. Fortunately, the vlogbrothers have a remedy: Buy a cooling pad. Brother John riffs on that little issue as well as about 20 others—fire alarms, bus seat etiquette, broken caps lock keys, ankle-grabbing home intruders—all at breakneck speed.

5) John Elerick, “The Gentlemen’s Rant: Sex”

John Elerick and a few of his closest buddies pull no punches, telling their significant others how they can collectively improve their sex lives. Think condoms, roleplaying, S&M tactics, and the hesitancies behind taking a few risks in the bedroom. But be careful: This video comes with one hell of a Parental Advisory. The conversation’s risqué and NSFW to say the least.
