With over 72 hours of footage uploaded every minute, it’s physically impossible to keep track of the content on YouTube. But in YouTube Guide, the Daily Dot will curate its five favorite finds for each workday.
1) Adam Sacks, “LEAKED Official iPhone 5 Promo Video—Keynote 2012”
Adam Sacks has seen the iPhone 5, and it’s… a camera. Three years after his original iPhone commercial spoof went gangbusters to the tune of 3.3 million views, Sacks’ iPhone 5 ad digs deep on iPhone users’ penchant for taking pictures of their food.
2) AsapSCIENCE, “Scientific Weight Loss Tips”
You could find a thousand different theories about how to best lose weight, but what’s science have to say about diets? Thanks to YouTube wizards Mitchell Moffic and Gregory Brown, we now have an answer: exercise, consume more protein and low-fat dairy, and don’t skip meals.
3) Soul Pancake, “Metaphysical Milkshake”
Rainn Wilson’s back in the van this week, and he’s brought along noted physician and YouTube personality Deepak Chopra. Naturally, the two talk interior design—and what it would be like to marry Oprah.
4) Herbert Costa, “Game of Thrones opening sung by a cat”
Kudos to the previously unknown mastermind Herbert Costa for piecing together this epic supercut of his cat Arya meowing the theme song to Game of Thrones.
5) Eclectic Method, “Bill Murray”
Speaking of supercuts, heavy hitter Eclectic Method is back with another bass-heavy jam. This round, EM’s remixing Bill Murray, “one of the hippest dudes of Ever!” After watching this, how could you not agree?
