Whatever your opinions of President Trump, one must concede that The Donald at times lets his petty urges get the best of him. Then again, who can resist an opening for a good zinger?
During Thursday’s National Prayer Breakfast, the president of the United States took a shot at political antagonist and reality TV successor, former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
“I just want to pray for Arnold if we can, for those ratings,” Trump said about this season’s Arnold-helmed Apprentice.
The annual event brings together religious thought leaders and dignitaries the world over.
Trump later noted that the “quality of our lives is not defined by our material success, but by our spiritual success.”
