Don’t want to go to President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration party? Fine. He doesn’t want you there, anyway.
Trump, who built his fame as host of The Apprentice, has shunned celebrities who are, he says, clamoring for tickets to his inauguration next month.
The so-called “A” list celebrities are all wanting tixs to the inauguration, but look what they did for Hillary, NOTHING. I want the PEOPLE!

The tweet follows refusals by a list of performers who do not want to perform at Trump’s inauguration. The list reportedly includes, in part, Kanye West, Celine Dion, Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Elton John, KISS, and Garth Brooks.
Instead, Trump’s inauguration ceremony will be performed by 16-year-old opera singer Jackie Evancho, an America’s Got Talent contestant, who will sing the national anthem. A variety of inauguration balls will surround the swearing-in ceremony, one of which includes ’80s cover bands and someone named DJ Freedom.
Trump is correct that, despite support from a number of high-profile celebrities like Beyoncé, Jay Z, and Madonna, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton failed to beat Trump in the 2016 election.
However, it appears that Trump is not casting-off celebrities altogether: The president-elect is reportedly golfing today with Tiger Woods.
