The tweet reads upside down and backwards, with a “back in production. see you next year. #strangerthings.” The cast includes fan favorites like Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven and Gateen Matarazzo as Dustin, along with newcomers. Joining Stranger Things‘ child stars are Sadie Sink, who will be playing Max, a tomboy with a suspicious touch, along with her brother Billy, played by Dacre Montgomery.
The tweet comes shortly after Netflix released faux newscast footage on Halloween in which an anchor discusses Barb’s disappearance.
Season 2 episode titles have also been released within a separate trailer, but do not give much detail either. The second season of Stranger Things is set to be released in 2017.
