Alien: Covenant will be released on May 19, and director Ridley Scott says he has no plans to shut down the venerated movie series. In fact, he said he could go for another six films if he wanted.

Though Sigourney Weaver hasn’t appeared in an Alien movie since 1997, that doesn’t mean she won’t be included in the future. Especially if Stephen Colbert has any say in the matter.
Even if Weaver is done with the Alien franchise—and she might not be—it’s still nice to see Ripley kicking ass one more time.
