Late-night television’s promotional couch-surfing is moving online.
Madonna will sit down—and presumably try to seem personable—with the always likable Jimmy Fallon on Saturday for a live interview on Facebook at 6:30 pm Eastern Time.
Promoting her 12th album MDNA, due out March 26, Madonna is taking questions on her eight million-strong Facebook fan page for Fallon to ask her.
To view the half-hour long interview, you must “like” Madonna’s page (and then quickly delete that from your timeline so no one knows of your Madonna obsession).
The dance-pop diva is also asking you join the Facebook event before you submit a question, but you can still ask a question on her page without doing that.
Since Madonna started taking questions Monday, more than 1,600 comments have been posted, garnering nearly 7,000 likes.
Fans from all around the world are asking her an array of questions, like what her favorite song is and why the public is still fascinated with her. One even asked if they could be her daughter for a day.
Let’s hope the NBC late-night host is prepared for this. But it wouldn’t hurt Fallon to ask David Letterman for tips on how to deal with her erratic behavior.
