Lady Gaga has collaborated extensively with Tony Bennett and written an Academy Award-nominated song in recent years, but she finally released her first follow-up to 2013’s Artpop—and it was worth the wait.
First announced last month, “Perfect Illusion” debuted online Thursday night—first on the radio! With a power team of Mark Ronson, Josh Homme, producer BloodPop, and Tame Impala behind it, it’s a catchy tune that’s sure to get you dancing.
My love and thanks to the brilliant gentlemen I made this record with @MarkRonson @tameimpala @bloodpop & Josh Homme pic.twitter.com/AvV0wQmkOw

It’s raw and it has hints of “Bad Romance” sprinkled throughout, and once you get to the chorus you’re already hooked. Gaga’s back, everybody.
