Mark your G-cals: After months of waiting, Netflix has finally revealed the release date for its new season of Gilmore Girls.
The four 90-minute episodes will all drop Friday, Nov. 25, just in time for your post-Thanksgiving food hangover.
Each episode will chronicle a year in the Gilmores’ lives, starting right after the death of patriarch Richard Gilmore (Edward Hermann), and taking it from there. Even though each episode will begin in the winter and end in the fall, E! is reporting that every one will “take on a season,” meaning that we can expect different vibes as the new episodes progress.

The timing of the release couldn’t be more perfect: People will be home with their families for the holiday and looking for broadly appealing viewing options for everyone to enjoy. That’s Rory and Lorelai’s bread and butter.
