Proving once again that there’s never a bad time to honor one of the greatest singers in rock history, here’s a video of an artist sculpting a tiny statue of former Queen frontman Freddie Mercury.
It’s the handiwork of Juliana Lepine—who, as Boing Boing notes, “takes plastic vitrox clay, slaps some on a skeletal figure, and creates a tiny version of one of rock and roll’s defining figures.”
Make sure to watch how much special attention she pays to crafting his teeth.
Considering what Lepine started with, the resemblance to Mercury when she’s finished is uncanny.
