The WWE‘s biggest stars have taken a folding chair to Conor McGregor’s Twitter timeline.
The UFC‘s featherweight champion threw the first punch on Friday, saying that the WWE was full of “messed up pussies” when asked about potentially working in the pro wrestling arena. McGregor was promoting his upcoming fight with Nate Diaz at UFC 202.
McGregor then turned to social media to clarify his comments. But his words did little to soften diplomatic relationships:
I didn’t mean no disrespect to the @wwe fans. What I meant to say was that I’d slap the head off your entire roster. And twice on Sunday’s.

And that’s when some of the WWE’s best and brightest emerged to attack the Irishman. Wrestling legend Ric Flair led the charge with a pointed, multi-tweet attack:
Coming from a guy who built a career copying my persona, I expected the type of class we get from Ronda or Anderson. pic.twitter.com/iVoC0Xva5g

After Diaz finishes you again, I dare you to try guys like Dolph, Brock, or Fit.

Never show a Jack Russell a mirror. It thinks it’s a majestic Irish Wolfhound. Really, just an annoying wee yapper trying to sell tickets.
