Christy Korboth of Sugarland, Texas, is licensed by the state to catch alligators, and it’s easy to see why.
At one point in this video, she’s sitting on the giant, 800-pound alligator’s back. When it starts thrashing the police officer behind her, she jumps off. And when it knocks Christy to the ground, she seems to find the situation extremely amusing. In fact, she has a huge smile on her face the whole time.
In the end, it took a forklift from a nearby Home Depot to load the beast onto a truck. He was then taken to a gator farm in El Campo, Texas, where he’ll no doubt terrify tourists for years to come.
At one point, the reporter can’t seem to help himself and asks Korboth, “Are you crazy?”
“Everyone always thinks that,” she answers. “I don’t think so. I just love the animals.”
