In honor of National Chicken Wing Day, Wingstop is streaming a live auction all day for various prizes on Periscope, and users are trolling the hell out of it.

It’s called Thump by Wingstop, and totally forces users to interact by “thumping”—or tapping— the screen where hearts appear. The person with the most thumps wins the prize, but that’s not even an incentive for trolling chicken wing enthusiasts.

The innovative marketing campaign backfired as the chicken wing restaurant got roasted instead of being the one doing the roasting. Users complained throughout the live stream, saying the system is rigged and that the wings suck anyway.

It’s OK, Wingstop. Sometimes you just can win—rigged system or otherwise.
