You can tell a lot about a state by what they Google—whether it’s Halloween costumes, embarrassing interests, or just “what does ‘bae’ mean.”
The latest illuminating search-term map comes courtesy of Zippia, a career website that figured out what type of job each state Googled more than any of their neighbors. And while we have to applaud the clear-eyed realism of Nevada residents looking up bus driver jobs and Georgians determining the likelihood of a stripping career, California and New York deserve to be shamed for their “lion tamer” and “professional cuddler” queries.
Oh, and a completely earnest question for Nebraska: Are you OK?
