It appears the president is not quite sure who Anna Wintour is.

It’s day 1,000 of people being outraged over a video on Vanity Fair‘s website that suggests Hillary Clinton take up new hobbies outside of politics in 2018. So it makes sense that President Donald Trump decided to tweet about the whole thing now.

However, it appears that he doesn’t know who the editor in chief of Vanity Fair is (it’s Radhika Jones) because he called out Anna Wintour, who is the well-known editor in chief of Vogue. Wintour is also the artistic director for Condé Nast, which publishes both magazines. Still, it’s odd that he is calling out Wintour, who he claimed is “beside herself in grief & begging for forgiveness!” Uh, what?

People on Twitter were quick to point out Trump’s apparent error.

Even if Trump intended to call out Wintour simply because she works for Condé Nast and staunchly supported Clinton during the presidential election, the tweet is still a mess.

Wintour hasn’t publicly responded to Trump’s tweet yet, but that didn’t stop people from imagining what she would say.
