Nintendo reveals its first ever Super Bowl ad featuring Switch, Zelda

Nintendo switch hacker adds backup save functionality

With the launch of Nintendo Switch just one month away, Nintendo is kicking the machine’s marketing into high gear. The iconic game developer has purchased a Super Bowl ad for the first time ever to promote the new console. 

Featuring a new song from Imagine Dragons, the spot shows off the Switch’s multiple options for play, including the Joy Con and Pro controllers. Check it out for yourself below.

The Battle Mode being added to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe  and new mini games for 1-2 Switch are shown off in this extended cut. Also featured is a new look at the hotly anticipated Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. We can see a new scene of Link and Zelda together, as well as two of the game’s gargantuan bosses.
