With Anthony “The Mooch” Scaramucci out as White House communications director, the job of explaining President Donald Trump‘s new immigration proposal—focused on an English-speaking requirement—fell to Stephen Miller. Miller, the 31-year-old protégé of alt-right Trump adviser Steve Bannon, gets viciously roasted for his looks and ideas whenever he appears, and Wednesday was no exception.
Miller, whose explanation of the new policy largely consisted of interrupting CNN’s Jim Acosta, was the target of many viciously funny Twitter owns. Many of them used his own face as the punchline.

Stephen Miller is just Buster Bluth if he died inside and developed an unquenchable taste for xanax and human blood. pic.twitter.com/dYU2xbYoMd

And some didn’t even need a photo to paint a vivid picture of Miller:

Many simply can’t believe that Miller, with his aging hairline and ideas, is a scant 31 years of age. They can’t believe it!

No offense meant to my friend Jonathan Banks. Stephen Miller is 31. Jon, as a heavy in “Wiseguy” was over 40. pic.twitter.com/yqpsEqlkQb

Stephen Miller is 31?! Damn, hatred is hard on the aging process. pic.twitter.com/sz17fke3Yy

The easy Portrait of Dorian Grey joke was there, and people went for it.
Wow, Stephen Miller is only 31? That’s the oldest 31 I’ve ever seen. Somewhere in his attic is a painting that is slowly reverse-aging.

This one isn’t a joke, it’s what he actually said about the famous “give me your tired, your poor…” poem on the Statue of Liberty:
Stephen Miller angrily saying the Emma Lazarus poem carved on the Statue of Liberty is meaningless because it was added later. pic.twitter.com/QEvndKn28j

In all, not the best-reviewed performance by a White House spokesperson. And that’s really saying something, considering how many of them have been fired in the past month.
