Daft Punk meets ‘Star Wars’ in this awesome mashup video

Here’s a cosplay idea so awesome that we’re shocked we’ve never seen it before: Darth Vader meets Daft Punk.

Brian Curtis, aka YouTube user InfectiousDesigner, directed this amazing Daft Punk–Star Wars mashup video that gives Darth Vader and Boba Fett a cyberpunk disco makeover. Lightsabers make a fitting addition to Daft Punk’s neon-infused aesthetic, and we love the idea of Darth Vader wearing light-up sneakers. 

The Dark Side has never looked so funky.
