Planning your next international getaway? Put Romania on that list now that it’s the hottest travel destination thanks to Snoop Dogg.
Last week, the rapper uploaded a selfie to Instagram and geotagged Bogata, Mures, Romania, a small commune that’s made up of two villages. Yep, only two villages. Snoop looks dope af with his sunnies and headphones, but he probably meant to tag the picture at Bogotá, Colombia, where he’s on tour.

A Visit Bogata website has even been created, which is pretty well-designed. The landing page says, “Snoop Dogg checked in to Bogata, Mures, by mistake—but you don’t have to!” And Bogata is being called the “best place for chillin’ in Romania.”
Snoop has yet to comment on the whole incident. But at least it’s made these Romanians’ week, maybe even month.
