‘Sense8’ returns with a gorgeous trailer for season 2

The trailer for Sense8 season 2 is finally here, reuniting the cast after last year’s holiday special.

As you’d expect, the trailer is pretty enigmatic. The malevolent man known as “Whispers” provides the initial voiceover, explaining how the sensates are destined to change human civilization. Otherwise, it’s a stylish look at what made the first season so interesting: great casting, gorgeous locations, and a healthy dose of mystery.

Season 2 arrives on Netflix on May 5.
