After receiving an extremely weird voicemail from his brother Ben, ranting about Satan and the need to become God’s instrument, musician Sam Seeger felt the need to make an animated music video out of it, and the results are disturbing.

Featuring the kind of heavy baseline and flickering animation of Newgrounds in its heyday, Sam also remixed his brother’s vocals, focusing heavily on Ben’s take on Satan’s musical stylings and unusual pronunciation of Armageddon.

reddit comment saying "He was definitely being serious. Armagetten is coming, so shed your guitar if you want God to make you into an instrument. Otherwise you're going to be playing drums with Satan down there."

While most were just enjoying the heck out of it, some viewers were a little concerned about Ben’s well being, pointing out that his voicemail bears a striking resemblance to the sort of messages left by people with schizo-affective disorder.

However, a quick scroll through both brother’s instagrams show that Ben is an equal participant in his brother’s absurdist comedy and that leaving him weird voicemails is just one part of what they do.

And if this has left you wanting more unsettling internet comedy that reminds you of a time when you had fewer responsibilities and your back didn’t ache, Sam has an entire channel full of videos for you to click through.
