Some celebrities may not be making the best decisions while stuck inside all day, but actress Rita Wilson just gave us a gift that will last generations.

Wilson and hubby Tom Hanks have been quarantined in Australia after testing positive for COVID-19 earlier this month. By all reports, the two have been experiencing only mild symptoms and are expected to recover soon.

But quarantine is just so dull that the Jingle All The Way actress decided to join the scores of celebrities uploading videos to keep themselves and their fans occupied. And hers is definitely one of the best we’ve seen yet.

It starts out innocuous enough. Wilson appears to be reading a book as the familiar beat of Naughty by Nature’s 1992 hit “Hip Hop Hooray” creeps in. At first, she acts confused, but as soon as the lyrics start, she’s rapping along like she was born for this.

It’s genuinely impressive that Wilson makes it nearly three whole minutes into the song before stumbling. That verse catches her up a bit, but she still recovers like a total hip hop pro.

And people at home (all of us, we’re all at home) are loving this “quarantine stir crazy” side of Wilson.

“Rita Wilson has an unreleased hip hop album from the 90s in the vault somewhere, I just KNOW it,” Twitter user @ericthulhu wrote.

And some folks were quick to catch on to how obvious it is that Wilson’s had the lyrics to this track knocking around in her brain for a long time.

But no one was more thrilled than Naughty by Nature, who shared her video on their own Instagram page and promised to invite her on stage with them when this is done, should she be so inclined.

We don’t know how long quarantine might last, but the thought of Wilson spitting rhymes at a hip hop concert is certainly a light at the end of the tunnel—and one we are very much looking forward to.
