Cyclone Debbie has flooded areas of Queensland and New South Wales in Australia, led to evacuation orders for thousands, caused damage throughout the area, and left many without power. But, as some found out, it also brought an unexpected visitor.

In a social media post Thursday, Queensland Fire and Emergency Services told followers to stay out of the flood waters because a bull shark had been discovered in an area where flood water had been. A crew member found the shark while inspecting Ayr, Queensland.

Sharknado comparisons aside, it’s a good indicator of just how powerful Cyclone Debbie really was. The Category 4 cyclone is equivalent to a Category 3 hurricane with wind speeds up to 263 km/h (163.4 mph), which made it the most powerful storm to hit Australia since Cyclone Yasi in 2011 ( 285 km/h (177.1 mph) at its peak).

And this is what it looked like from the International Space Station.
