A good samaritan turned in the vacuum-sealed stash after it was mistakenly delivered to their address. The Columbus Police Department promptly trolled the sad sack who’s probably still sitting on their front porch like Ice Cube and Chris Tucker in Friday, telling Felicia bye and waiting for the drop.
