The Mondo Gallery, known for producing drool-worthy original pop-culture posters, has announced a new show dedicated to the cartoons we know and love from our ’90s childhoods.
The gallery’s Nickelodeon show promises to include original posters featuring Ren & Stimpy, SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Rocko’s Modern Life, Aaahh!! Real Monsters, and Avatar.
You can check out a sneak peek at some of the art below.
“Nickelodeon was a huge part of my childhood,” Mitch Putnam, Mondo’s creative director, said in a statement. “It represented everything cool and rebellious, and parents didn’t know anything about it. We worked with a number of great artists to pay homage to some of the channel’s most influential programming.”
Featured artists in the show include Florian Bertmer, Dave Perillo, Francesco Francavilla, Rosemary Valero-O’Connell, Sachin Teng, Ciro Nieli, Sara Kipin, and Janice Chu.
While people in the Austin, Texas, area can visit the Mondo Gallery from Dec. 9-17 to see the show and purchase art in person, those outside the area can keep an eye on the gallery website, where prints are often available for purchase online.
