Fleetwood Mac’s Mick Fleetwood joined TikTok this weekend to recreate a viral video that put “Dreams” back on the charts.
Last week, Nathan Apodaca, aka 420doggface208, became an internet celeb for an easy, breezy video of him skateboarding to Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams” and drinking Ocean Spray Cran-Raspberry juice from the bottle. In the time since, others have posted seasonal takes on the video. But Fleetwood even got actual rain in his video, which has more than 3 million views.
In the wake of Apodaca’s video, streams of “Dreams” increased on Spotify and the 1977 song even landed back on the charts. According to TMZ, Apodaca, who lives in Idaho Falls, is putting all the donations he received—roughly $10,000—to good use, fixing his car, upgrading the RV he currently lives in, and helping out his mother.
