One of the most magical transformations in the Harry Potter series was actor Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) maturing from a round-faced dweeb into a muscular hottie.
The actor has spent several years as a poster boy for “winning at puberty,” and his latest photoshoot even left J.K. Rowling feeling a little stunned.
.@Mattdavelewis Not as bad as watching Dan in Equus, but close. Warn me next time, for God’s sake. https://t.co/r8EUd1GKqT

The play Equus required Daniel Radcliffe to strip down onstage, getting up close and personal with a horse. A topless Attitude photoshoot is obviously mild stuff by comparison.
Well, this is awkward. Sorry, Jo… 😔 https://t.co/ASSy3vo4d3

.@Mattdavelewis I will always support you whatever you want to do, Matthew. Now go put some clothes on.

Even Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies) chimed in, which no doubt would have horrified the real Neville Longbottom.
Surely Neville Pertbottom now? @Mattdavelewis @jk_rowling https://t.co/P5ZMOTXwlH

.@jasonsfolly @Mattdavelewis I wouldn’t know. I hastily averted my eyes and read an article on Political Correctness to get over the shock.

We always have a soft spot for J.K. Rowling’s Twitter feed, which ranges from political commentary to sharing tidbits about the Harry Potter series. However, the best moments are surely when she chats with the former Harry Potter stars, taking on the role of an affectionate but sensible aunt.
