Comic-Con can be nerve-wracking for celebrities braving the screams of an excited Hall H crowd. However, it’s also a unique opportunity to go unseen. It’s basically the only place where you can be super famous, and simply wear a mask to avoid detection.
This year, Lupita Nyong’o joined the ranks of beloved celebrities attending Comic-Con in disguise. In an adorable Twitter video, she revealed she’d danced through the convention in a Pink Ranger costume, completely unrecognizable beneath the mask.

Nyong’o follows in the footsteps of actors like Daniel Radcliffe, Bryan Cranston and Ryan Reynolds, all of whom visited Comic Con while wearing masks. (In Cranston’s case, it was literally a mask of his own face.)
