The selfie has become a staple of Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) the culture—a reflection of the game’s over-the-top, oft-hilarious, oft-bizarre aesthetic. It’s also a reflection of society’s sick obsession with itself, as we saw first hand as a couple of tourists snapped a photo of themselves smiling last week. The photo was taken in front of a crowd gathered around the Capitola woman rammed her car into a barricade.
