The best ideas are like lightning bolts out of the blue, and when someone else has one, you can’t help but be jealous that lightning didn’t strike you first. Such is the case with the latest masterpiece in the YouTube/Vine genre of “weirdly invading strangers’ personal space for a cheap laugh.”

Think you know how the typical Irishman will react to having his beard tickled by some baby-talking rando with a smartphone? You might be surprised.
