14-year-old Danielle Bregoli, best known for her Dr. Phil-launched fame with the meme catchphrase “Cash me ousside, how bow dah,” has been caught by the law.
According to Florida ABC affiliate WPBF News, Bregoli pleaded guilty on Wednesday to grand theft auto, marijuana possession, and filing a false police report.
The teen’s charges stem before her launch into internet meme-dom, and were discussed on her first appearance on the Dr. Phil Show last fall.

Bregoli and her mother Barbara Ann attended the teen’s hearing at a Delray Beach, Florida juvenile court on Wednesday, and Bregoli’s father, Ira Peskowitz, was also in attendance. Peskowitz argued that his daughter was being groomed for “a career in pornography” by adults leveraging her fame for their own personal gain.
The judge also denied Peskowitz’s request to restrict Bregoli’s internet access.
Peskowitz, who has previously made a public plea against the exploitation of his daughter, is reported to return to court to dispute custody of the 14-year-old.
Bregoli is set to return to court on July 20.
