Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh will reportedly hand over calendars he kept to the Senate Judiciary Committee that he says will show he was not at a party where Dr. Christine Blasey Ford alleges he sexually assaulted her, but people online aren’t buying it.
The New York Times reports that Kavanaugh, who faces new allegations of another assault in college, kept a calendar that shows he was away from home for most of the summer in 1982. The newspaper reports that the calendar shows basketball games, times he went to the movies, football workouts, and college interviews. The calendar, which does not disprove the allegations, also mentions parties he attended.
Kavanaugh has denied Ford’s claims and plans to use the calendars as part of his defense, according to the news outlet.
While the calendar will likely be central to any hearing held by the Senate Judiciary Committee, many people on Twitter didn’t think the calendar was a good defense.
Idea that teenager kept detailed calendar of daily events, including small, spontaneous, house parties during the summer, is absurd. Fact that Team Kavanaugh is even introducing this is insulting to everyone.

If it’s true that Kavanaugh at age 17 kept a detailed calendar of his summer activities, and that he kept that calendar for 36 years, that alone should disqualify him.

That’s just fucking weird.
So let me get this straight… a political party who questioned the veracity of an FBI director’s contemporaneous notes suddenly wants us to believe calendars recorded over 30 years ago by a 17 year old because Kavanaugh‘s mom said so.

Trump would like you to believe that..

Kavanaugh’s calendar is real
But Obama’s Birth Certificate is fake.

Well, if Kavanaugh didn’t record his sexual assault on his little calendar. CASE CLOSED! https://t.co/Pin3fwUFbe

If Brett Kavanaugh was the type of person who kept track of underage drinking on a calendar he’s an even bigger psycho than I ever imagined.

On Sunday, Deborah Ramirez, a former classmate of the now-Supreme Court nominee at Yale in the 1980s, told the New Yorker that he put his genitalia in her face during a party. Kavanaugh denied Ramirez’s claims.
In response to the New Yorker story, the White House sent out a list of “what you need to know,” where it attempts to discredit Ramirez’s allegations.
Ford and Kavanaugh are reportedly set to testify in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee this week.
