Andy Dalton continues to fumble away his luggage. This time, though, the Bengals quarterback’s suitcases were misplaced through no fault of his own.
On Monday, a few days after Dalton lost his black Nike suitcases for most of a day because he failed to secure them in the bed of his truck, he asked for help when his bags didn’t show up after a flight.
I can’t make this up… #bagsearch2016 is back on. @AmericanAir it’s your turn to find the luggage now #unbelievable @jjdalton5

The good news, though, came Tuesday morning.
The bags have been found and are supposed to be getting back to us today. #bagsearch2016

Once you get a reputation for losing—and Dalton is 0-for-4 in the playoff games he’s started during his career—it can be tough for some to sympathize with your plight. As Pro Football Talk’s Darin Gantt wrote, “Suitcases are rapidly turning into playoff games for Andy Dalton. No matter how hard he tries, he keeps losing them.”
Some advice for Dalton: the next time you travel, keep your suitcases handcuffed to your wrists at all times.
And while the search for Dalton’s bags was presumably handled by American Airlines, with assistance from Dalton via Twitter DM, here’s a truism that applies to just about every aspect of life.
@andydalton14 @AmericanAir @jjdalton5 the sequels never end as well as the originals …
