Just when you think there’s wearable tech already available for monitoring every conceivable activity or bodily function, a new one comes along, and it’s bound to push your self-tracking limits even further.

Making its debut at CES 2015, the Zensorium Being is a brand-new activity tracker that does more than monitor your motions or the quality of your sleep: It senses your mood and lets you know when you need to take a break from your stressful daily routine.

The Zensorium Being reportedly uses heart rate and blood pressure insights to figure out when you’re feeling normal, distressed, excited, or calm and produces a visual report of its findings on an accompanying iOS or Android app.

In other words, it tells you when you’re about to be a total jerk.

This type of information is certainly relevant to anyone interested in discovering what’s really stressing you out. You can either rearrange your routine to lessen irritability and accommodate more productivity, take little breaks for short exercises that inspire relaxation, or both.

The Being analyzes everything to do with movement, from your heart rate and caloric burn to the distance and speed you travel as well as the number of steps you take, so you can maximize your exercise regimen’s effectiveness. It also is said to analyze your sleep patterns, measures your NREM and REM sleep, and use its built-in accelerometer and heart rate monitor to provide you with useful and comprehensive analytics for improving both your wakeful and restful states.

The Zensorium Being can be worn like a watch or as a clip-on that attaches to any form-fitting clothing that touches your skin. And, like most wearables available in the market today, its mood tracking mechanism becomes more accurate the more you wear it. Along with a daily summary provided by the app, the Being also provides helpful calming exercises that elevate one’s mood. It comes with a hypoallergenic strap, is water-resistant up to 30 meters (3 ATM), can be synced via Bluetooth, and has memory up to three days of wide-ranging data.

The Zensorium Being isn’t out yet, so you will have to wait to test its mood-tracking capabilities. However, it is available for pre-order at a discounted price of $169.15. Orders are expected to begin shipping out by April this year.
