Is bigger always better? In terms of hardware durability it certainly isn’t looking that way for the iPhone 6 Plus. Apple’s answer to the phablet has only been in the pockets of customers for four days, yet it’s already close to reaching its literal breaking point.
On Tuesday morning, reports began pouring in from MacRumors that upon being kept in the pockets of tight pants too long, the phone was showing unnatural bends and curvatures. While some Apple fanboys were quick to dismiss the rumors, others tried their hand at bending the 5.5-inch device.
Call him the the modern day Mac Magellan, because Lou over at Unbox Therapy just proved that like the earth, the iPhone 6 Plus is not flat.
While we can’t claim that he doesn’t have unnatural strength or possess some sort of mind bending magic, the results speak for themselves when it comes to the 6 Plus’ unwanted flexibility. Hope you kept your receipts!
