The success of Frozen, about to sweep by The Lion King as the highest-grossing Disney film in history, has spawned a chart-topping soundtrack and talks of sequels and Broadway adaptations. But it’s also spawned a vibrant, enamored fanbase—including gorgeous fanart we just had to tell you about.
Frozen’s fanbase so far is mainly comprised of people who ship “Jelsa,” Queen Elsa with Rise of the Guardian’s Jack Frost (trust us, it makes perfect sense!), and Kristanna. Kristanna is the fan name for Kristoff/Anna, one of the film’s two main romantic relationships. Anna is Elsa’s sheltered but adventurous younger sister, while Kristoff is an ice cutter who hangs out with reindeers and trolls. No spoilers, but Kristoff and Anna are adorable together—and one Frozen fan has given us a litany of heartwarming depictions of their future together that would thaw even the iciest heart.

“Sweet potatoes, what the hell!!” was Nadia’s response when she realized that a collection of her artwork depicting Kristoff and Anna’s growing family life had gone viral on Tumblr. Then she added that “I still laugh my ass off for how I basically made the relationship progress with every new piece of fanart……… it was completely unintentional.”

We’re pretty sure even the actual sequel won’t be this heartwarming:

Incredibly, many of Nadia’s works of fanart were done months before the movie premiere, gleaned from promotional images and sneak previews of the film, like this one of a young ice-hauling Kristoff and his reindeer pal Sven:

It quickly becomes evident from a look at Nadia’s Tumblr that Kristoff is her favorite character. Not that we can blame her:

The Canadian digital artist and graphic design student has stated that she’s struggled to find her own style. “My style is still not where I want it to be,” she wrote recently on her Tumblr. “But I’m improving every day…” “[having] so many people encouraging me and telling me how great it looks… I can’t help but smile no matter what.”

The verdict is in: Nadia’s art is heartwarming.
