Marvel is notorious for the extreme fitness regimes it requires of its superheroes—most notably illustrated by Chris Pratt going from cuddly on Parks and Rec to total beefcake in Guardians of the Galaxy.

Truth be told, getting in superhero shape is a serious grind. It involves hours in the gym packing on muscle and eating nothing but lean proteins and veggies. Take it from actor Chris Hemsworth, who told OK! Magazine, “After all that dieting, if I see one more serving of chicken breast with biologically grown broccoli, I swear that I’m going to take Thor’s hammer to the plate.”

But even if you don’t take your workout to that extreme, you can still feel like a superhero with a new line of Marvel equipment from fitness brand Onnit.

So far, Onnit’s website features Iron Man kettlebells and Captain America barbell plates as part of the brand’s Hero Elite Series. If you think that sounds intense, just check out the promo videos.

Aren’t you super amped to hit the gym? We hope they follow up with some badass Black Widow boxing gloves.

The equipment doesn’t appear to be available yet, but you can sign up on Onnit’s website to get updates on their release.
