J.K. Rowling has been vocal throughout the 2016 election, so naturally she was one of the many people who stayed up to follow the results on Tuesday night.
As the night wore on and the road to a Donald Trump victory became clear, Rowling began to tweet messages of support for her American followers, and—of course—clash with Twitter trolls.
