Someone made an incredible 3D tribute to Hayao Miyazaki

Hayao Miyazaki has always inspired fans with his creativity, but a new tribute manages to bridge his world and ours even more.

An animator on Vimeo going by the username dono rendered a 3D version of Miyazaki’s universe, cleverly editing in various characters from films like My Neighbor Totoro, Howl’s Moving Castle, Kiki’s Delivery Service, and Spirited Away in a way that doesn’t feel hokey. Even the interactions between the characters from different films feels natural.
