Guardians of the Galaxy is famous for its memorable soundtrack, so before we go any further, we’ll clarify this isn’t a clip from the “Awesome Mix Vol. 2” mixtape. It’s a behind-the-scenes video of the orchestral score, highlighting the fact that Guardians of the Galaxy‘s soundtrack isn’t all about classic rock and disco.
Posted by director James Gunn, the clip shows an orchestra recording some of the score for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 at Abbey Road Studios. It sounds pretty intense, featuring a more emotional and romantic style than we associate with the first movie.

That’s yet another reason why fans should follow James Gunn on Facebook. Out of all the Marvel Studios directors, he’s by far the most likely to post cool videos like this from behind the scenes.
