Manchester City vs. Manchester United: Preview

Manchester City got an outstanding 3-1 win over Chelsea to start 2021. They easily could have gotten more than three goals in a fast-moving first half the way they were playing, and only a stoppage-time consolation goal spoiled City’s clean sheet.

Manchester United also got its 2021 off to a good start, beating Villa 2-1 and pulling even on points with Liverpool in the table. United’s still technically in second, but a continued good run of form combined with Liverpool’s bad patch could see United lead the league as soon as next week. (Premier League play pauses this weekend for FA Cup action.)

Odds

According to the oddsmakers at Bovada (as of Jan. 6):

  • Manchester United: +250 (bet $100 to win $250)
  • Manchester City: +100 (bet $100 to win $100)
  • Draw: +275

The Fubo channel list still includes plenty of sports, including the Fubo Sports Network, which has original programming mixing sports and humor. Fubo added the ESPN suite of channels in an agreement that also brought ABC and the Disney Channel.

Pretty much every sports channel you could think of is available through Fubo, including BeIN Sports, CBS Sports Network, and TUDN. You can also get NBCSN which, this week, gets you a Manchester City live stream.
