Apple and Onion Reviews

What the critics are saying

  • “The jokes themselves are pretty funny, using the culinary setting to come up with some creative uses for bacon grease…The joke could come across as being frustrating in its smarminess—either avoid or lean into tropes—but [the showmanages to move through it so quickly that it works.” –Eric Thurm, AV Club
  • “While the series could have been a wildly imaginative and colorful fun-fest, Gendi and the writers take time to tie off each story with a satisfying resolution that connects the dots from beginning to end. It’s really well done.” –Dave Trumbore, Collider
