On Wednesday, the Senate passed a bill that would help overturn the FCC’s decision to repeal net neutrality rules. It was an important victory, and the vote will now go to the House. But back on Monday night, Stranger Things star David Harbour had some choice words for those who might vote to repeal.

At the 2018 Webby Awards, Harbour was honored with a special achievement award “for capturing the hearts of audiences in his starring role in Netflix’s smash hit Stranger Things.” The internet-focused Webbys traditionally asks its recipients for a “five-word speech” to keep the momentum going. Harbour used his speech to address this essential internet issue: “Net neutrality, you greedy dickheads.”

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Harbour elaborated backstage: “You’re at the Webby Awards, [so] let’s talk about the internet and let’s talk about the ways that people in power are dead-set [on] messing it up [and] making money out of it for the few, which is what this jackass chairman of the FCC [Ajit Pai] is doing right now. So yeah, I wanted to say something about that. I think that they are greedy, and I think that they’re dickheads.”
