In the beginning of the 59-second video, the unidentified woman appears to walk up a set of stairs while two individuals record her racist comments. She says, “Go back to Spain, go back to your country.”

“My family has been here since 1904,” the woman continues. “You people don’t belong here, you shouldn’t be here.”

She asks the individuals, “Do I speak English, do I speak Spanish? Oh, fuck you all.” One of the individuals responds, “You hit two cars… I have you on video.”

“You hit the car behind you and the one next to you,” one person says. The woman yells at the individual again. “Get out of the building,” she says. “I hate you foreigners.”

Although the individuals involved remain unidentified and the circumstances of the situation are unclear, the video prompted commentary regarding U.S. ancestry and racism among Americans.

One redditor wrote, “1904 wasn’t that long ago.” Another said, “We’re all immigrants except Native Americans.”
