A video that went viral last week shows a man yelling hateful and racist remarks at a woman as he accuses her of driving in two lanes in Houston, according to the Washington Post.
Janet Sabriu, a U.S. citizen and nine-year Houston resident, was on her way her way to vote with her 2-year-old daughter in the back seat of her car when the man started shouting at her from his silver Nissan. She began filming as the incident unfolded.
“That’s not how we drive in America,” the man yelled from his window. “Trump’s deporting your illegal cousins, today, bitch.”

Sabriu asked the man if he had voted. He ignored the question and continued to spew hateful remarks.
“Learn English,” the man continued. “It’s my country, bitch. Get out. You’re ugly. You need a gay friend to help you with makeup and clothes.”
Sabriu posted the video Thursday on her Facebook profile, and it has over 3 million views as of the time of writing.
People on Twitter were not happy about the video.

What a sad existence these people lead. Hate is all they know. Who knew the US would become just pure hatred. We have got to take this country back. We need to end the reign of Trump and his Nazi’s. Voting Blue is the ONLY way!

Sabriu told CBS affiliate KHOU she filmed the video because it reminded her of a recent incident involving a friend’s son who was the victim of racist remarks at a restaurant. Sabriu has filed a police report and asked for an apology from the man, according to KHOU.
The man in the video identified himself as Kevin and issued an apology via KTRK News on Saturday. He told the outlet that that he suffers from bipolar disorder.
“All I want to say to her is, ‘Miss, I’m so sorry. I hope you can understand more, and I wish you nothing more than love and happiness for your family,’” he said.
