Photos of Kim Kardashian on her recent trip to Mexico have surfaced of the celebrity in a bikini, showing off her bod and some cellulite. This shouldn’t be a big deal: It’s a condition which affects 90 percent of all women, according to Scientific American.
On Good Morning Britain, co-host Susanna Reid supported the photos.
“I’m glad that these pictures are a little more honest,” Reid said. “She has a few more lumps and bumps like the rest of us—cellulite, like the rest of us … It’s to be celebrated.”
Television personality Piers Morgan, however, doesn’t think so.
“Celebrate is the wrong word. Why would we celebrate it? We put up with it, tolerate it, but not accept it,” he said.
As to why he’s targeting Kardashian, “My thoughts are she’s just launched her new emoji of her backside next to an ashtray which she’s called ‘ass tray,’ so I think her posterior is fair game.”
OK, well let’s start by celebrating your cellulite live on air, Monday morning. Deal? https://t.co/zx0YfBLL5O

Morgan has a long history of criticizing women for their bodies, including Emily Ratajkowski, Emma Watson, Chrissy Teigen, and Jennifer Aniston. He has taken to Twitter to defend himself against women’s magazine Marie Claire, who has now accused him of being sexist.
They weren’t sexist at all, stop being so silly. Nobody ‘celebrates’ cellulite, male or female. https://t.co/Yc1xYncapN

Why would anyone be excited by cellulite? Absurd notion. https://t.co/ZTqRIJgBxg
